In December 2022, HPWC, in conjunction with the Town of Superior, hosted A PRECIOUS CHILD GIFT DRIVE. A Precious Child collected donated newtoys, gift cards and gifts for underserved children (babies through teenagers) in the community and distributed them to kids who were the most in need, through A Precious Child’s Resource Center and Agency Partners.

The staff at HPWC also adopted 18 families from the Superior Elementary School who were affected by the Marshall fire, providing donated new toys and gift cards for the holiday season.

HPWC generously provided a pair of AirPods to a 6-year-old boy in Erie, Colorado with a terminal illness during the holiday season.

Because Colorado has seen relatively few published court decisions on short-term rental regulations, this article analyzes case law nationally and how those holdings could apply in Colorado.
