Nathan T. Cash is an associate attorney who primarily litigates on behalf of local government clients. 

Prior to joining Hoffmann, Parker, Wilson & Carberry, P.C., Nathan completed a fellowship with the Denver City Attorney’s Office. Nathan represented the City and County of Denver in both civil and criminal proceedings. Additionally, he regularly advised municipal agencies.

WILSON D. SCARBEARY

Wilson D. Scarbeary is an associate attorney whose practice is primarily focused on advising local governments.  Wilson represents Colorado clients in matters including.

  • Constitutional issues;
  • Land use and real property, including issues related to housing affordability and attainability;
  • Eminent domain; and
  • Municipal prosecution and code enforcement.

Wilson came to Hoffmann, Parker, Wilson & Carberry, P.C., directly from law school at the University of Colorado.  During his time in law school, Wilson held several legal internships, including working at CableLabs, a nonprofit research and development lab for the cable internet industry.
