Prior to joining Hoffmann, Parker, Wilson & Carberry, P.C., Dan worked as a Deputy County Attorney in New York, where he provided general counsel guidance to department heads, administrative boards and legislators.  He began his legal career working as Assistant Corporation Counsel for a city, primarily handling various litigation matters before state and federal courts.  Since joining the firm, Dan has handled various areas of law including real estate matters, litigation, contracts, and open records matters.
