Kunal Parikh is an associate attorney who represents municipalities in all phases of litigation and at administrative hearings.  Kunal advises clients on various matters including:

WILSON D. SCARBEARY

Wilson D. Scarbeary is an associate attorney whose practice is primarily focused on advising local governments.  Wilson represents Colorado clients in matters including.

  • Constitutional issues;
  • Land use and real property, including issues related to housing affordability and attainability;
  • Eminent domain; and
  • Municipal prosecution and code enforcement.

Wilson came to Hoffmann, Parker, Wilson & Carberry, P.C., directly from law school at the University of Colorado.  During his time in law school, Wilson held several legal internships, including working at CableLabs, a nonprofit research and development lab for the cable internet industry.
