Admitted to the Colorado Bar May 2017. Prior to joining Hoffmann, Parker, Wilson, & Carberry, P.C., Ruthanne was with the Denver City Attorney’s Office as a fellow in the Employment Litigation Department. In this capacity, she represented the City of Denver in employment disciplinary appeal hearings, responded on behalf of the City in EEOC and Colorado Civil Rights Division claims, and responded to alleged violations of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FMLA. During law school, Ruthanne was an active member in University of Colorado Law School’s mock trial program and was a national mock trial team member. Ruthanne was also a staff writer for The Colorado Natural Resources, Energy & Environmental Law Review and became the Lead Production Editor during her third year in law school. She has prior experience in oil and gas title work and criminal prosecution.

Education: Ithaca College, Ithaca, New York (B.S. Sport Management, minor Spanish 2011); University of Colorado Law School, Boulder, Colorado (J.D. 2016).
