Prior to joining Hoffmann, Parker, Wilson & Carberry, P.C., Dan worked as a Deputy County Attorney in New York, where he researched, interpreted and analyzed state and county laws and provided guidance to department heads, administrative boards and legislators. He began his legal career working as Assistant Corporation Counsel for a city, handling various litigation matters before state and federal courts. Published Opinion: Richline v.
